I experienced rude staff who struggled with English, and my room was not cleaned daily. the lack of organization during meals was frustrating, with constant waiting for cutlery and plates. A fire alarm incident occurred, and the staff had no clear explanation for what was happening, which was quite alarming.

The spacious outdoor terraces offered lovely sea views, making for a relaxing environment. The three pools provided easy access and fun activities for both children and seniors, enhancing the overall vacation experience.

More shaded areas by the pool would be lovely.

We had a fun time! The pool was perfect for my little one, and we spent lots of time playing there. The bar by the pool had snacks all day, which was handy. Just wished the food lines were less chaotic, especially during dinner time. great family vibes!

I found the restaurant quite loud, particularly on the night when a DJ played music that overshadowed conversation. There were moments when service felt rushed during peak dining hours, and I wish the staff was a bit more organized. The hotel’s location was excellent, close to the beach and shops, making it easy to explore Malgrat. While the entertainment for children was fun, I thought there could be more for adults or older kids. I think a little more attention to room maintenance could elevate the experience, especially with shower setups that spray water everywhere.

i had a wonderful honeymoon at sorra daurada. the pools were fantastic for relaxing, and my kids loved the water slides and activities available. the food offered with all-inclusive was varied and delicious, surpassing my expectations from our previous stay in malgrat de mar.
